The text didn't arrive

Text from my phone doesn't send a text from Quoza. It opens your own messages app with the text and link filled in. The text only goes when you tap send there.

Check your messages app

1. Open your messages app and find the conversation with your customer.
2. If the text is still a draft, tap send.
3. If it went to the wrong number, send it again to the right one.

Send it another way

1. Open the estimate in Quoza and tap Send estimate.
2. Tap Copy link.
3. Paste the link into WhatsApp, email or any app your customer uses.

Sending the same estimate again doesn't use up a free estimate.
