Export your estimates and invoices
Go to Settings › Export my data and download your estimates or invoices as a CSV file. PDFs are on each estimate and invoice.

Download a CSV

Open Settings and tap Export my data.

Tap Estimates (quotes.csv) or Invoices (invoices.csv). The file downloads straight away.

Open it in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, or send it to your bookkeeper.
Each file has all of yours, one row per estimate or invoice. Amounts have no currency sign; the currency is in its own column. Dates are written as year-month-day.
What's in each file

| Estimates (quotes.csv) | Number, version, status, customer and contact details, job address, option picked, total, Sales tax, deposit and its status, when it was sent, first opened and signed |
| Invoices (invoices.csv) | Number, estimate number, status, customer, issue and due date, subtotal, Sales tax, total, deposit taken off, balance, amount paid and how it was confirmed, paid date |
PDFs
There's no PDF export of everything at once. Need a PDF? Download it from the estimate or the invoice.
Quoza doesn't connect to accounting software yet.
