A system replacement is a big number for a homeowner, and they usually want to think about it. That's fine, as long as your estimate is the one in their messages tonight and not the one you meant to type up on Sunday. In Quoza you put the job together on your phone in the driveway: the condenser, the line set, the labor hours, at your rates. Leave a price empty if you need to check it and Quoza won't let it go out at zero. Then you see it exactly as the homeowner will and text it from your own number.

Can I use my own HVAC prices?
Yes. When you sign up, upload your price list as a CSV or paste it in, one item per line. You can also skip that and type prices as you go.
Can I give the homeowner good / better / best?
Your customer page shows options side by side, and Try an example builds a full HVAC good / better / best so you can see it. Building your own options in the app isn't there yet; estimates you type go out as one price.
What if I'm not sure of a part price on site?
Leave it empty. The line is marked Needs price and Send stays off, so the homeowner never sees a $0.00 line.
Does the homeowner need an app?
No. They get a text from your number with one link, pick an option and sign in their browser.
Can I take a deposit for the equipment?
Not from the app yet. Your estimates go out without a deposit for now.
