This is step 2 of 3 after you sign up. It's optional: you can skip it and type prices as you go.
Upload a spreadsheet
-
In Excel or Google Sheets, save your price list as CSV: File, Download, CSV.
-
On Got an old estimate or price list?, tap Upload a spreadsheet (CSV) and pick the file.
-
Quoza reads it and shows what it found.
Or paste your prices
-
Tap the box Or paste your prices.
-
Put one item per line: the name, a comma, the price. Like:
Drain clearing, 185 -
Tap Read my prices.
Check what was found
-
Go down the list. Each item shows its name and price.
-
Untick Keep on anything that's wrong or you don't want.
-
Items without a price are kept and marked Needs price .
-
Tap Confirm all. Quoza saves the ticked items to your price book and takes you to your first estimate.
Skip it
Tap Skip for now. You go straight to your first estimate and type prices as you go.
If it doesn't work
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| We didn't find prices in this file. | Check there's a name and a price on each line, then try again. Or paste the prices instead. |
| We couldn't read some lines. Add them later in your price book. | The lines it could read are in the list. Confirm those; add the rest by hand as you go. |
Thanks.
