Troubleshooting

Something not working? Find the message you see and what to do.

• Send is greyed out

  A line has no price: type it under the line and tap Save price. Or the estimate was already signed or declined.

  Fix

• My customer can't open the link

  Ask what the page says. Usually the link was cut off when pasted, or a newer version replaced it. Copy the link again and resend it.

  Fix

• The text didn't arrive

  Texts go from your own phone. Check your messages app that it was sent to the right number, or copy the link and send it another way.

  Fix

• The sign-in link has expired

  Sign-in links work once and only for a short time. On the page that says it expired, check your email address and tap Send a new link.

  Fix

• I didn't get the sign-in email

  Check spam and promotions for Your sign-in link for Quoza, check the email address you typed, then tap Didn't get it? Send again.
