Is Quoza for big general contractors?
No. It's for small crews that write their own estimates. There are no takeoffs, Gantt charts, subcontractor bids or job costing.
Is there a starter price list for remodeling?
No. Bring your own prices in as a CSV or pasted list when you sign up, or type them as you go.
Can the homeowner sign online?
Yes. They agree to sign electronically and type their name on the estimate page. The exact version they signed is kept.
What about extra work halfway through?
Change orders aren't in the app yet. For now, send a new estimate for the extra work and get it signed.
Can I take a deposit?
Not from the app yet. Your estimates go out without a deposit for now.
