Can I bring in my plumbing price list?
Yes. At sign-up, upload a CSV from Excel or Google Sheets, or paste your prices one per line, like: Drain clearing, 185. Or skip and type prices as you go.
Can the customer sign right there?
Yes. Text them the link, or open it on your phone and hand it over. They pick, agree to sign electronically, and type their name.
What if I don't know the permit cost yet?
Leave the price empty. It's marked Needs price and Send stays off until you add it.
Can I change an estimate after I've built it?
Only to fill in a missing price. For anything else, start a new estimate.
Do I need to give three options?
No. Estimates you type go out as one price. Try an example shows what a good / better / best estimate looks like to the customer.
