Open the send sheet
-
Open the estimate and tap Send estimate.
-
The Send it sheet opens. The top line shows the estimate number and total.
-
First time? Fill in Your business name. Your customer sees it on the estimate and in the text. You only do this once.
-
If the estimate has no customer yet, add Customer name and their Cell or email.
-
Pick how to send it (below).
Pick how to send it
| Button | What happens |
|---|---|
| Text from my phone | Your messages app opens with the text and link filled in. You hit send, from your own number. Needs the customer's name. |
| Quoza emails the link to your customer. Only shows when email sending is on for your account and the customer has an email. | |
| Copy link | The link is copied. Paste it into WhatsApp, Messenger or anywhere else. Copying counts as sending. |
| Share… | Your phone's share menu opens with the link. Only on phones that support it. |
| Already sent it another way? Mark as sent | For when you already sent it another way. The estimate is marked Sent. |
Tap Your text will say: to read the text before it goes.
After you send
You see Sent!, the link under Your estimate link (with a copy button), and your free estimates counter. Tap Done to go Home, or Start another estimate.
The estimate now shows as Sent in your list. When your customer signs, asks for changes or declines, the status changes there.
Send a test to yourself first
At the bottom of the sheet, tap Not ready? Send a test to myself. Quoza emails you the estimate so you can open it like your customer would.
- Your customer gets nothing.
- The estimate stays a draft.
- It doesn't use up one of your free estimates.
What counts as a free estimate
The first real send of each estimate counts once: by text, email, copied link, share, or Mark as sent. Sending the same estimate again and tests to yourself don't count. See How the free estimates work.
