Jobs you can quote
- Move-out clean
- Deep clean
- Post-construction clean
- Office clean
- Carpet add-on
Move-outs and deep cleans are booked by whoever answers first with a clear price. Quoza lets you write that estimate on your phone during the walk-through or straight after the call: bedrooms, bathrooms, the oven, the inside of the fridge, each as a line at your rate. Type your rates as you go, or bring your price list in once as a CSV or paste it in so it's saved in one place. The customer gets one link from your number, sees exactly what's included in the clean, and signs. No back-and-forth over what 'deep' meant.

Questions
Can I bill weekly or regular visits?
Not yet. Each visit is its own estimate for now.
Can I price by room?
Yes. Add each room or task as a line with a quantity and your price. The total adds up as you go.
Can I send it before I've seen the place?
Yes. Build it from what the customer told you and send it. If the price depends on seeing it, build the estimate after the visit instead.
Does my customer need an app?
No. They open one link from your text, check what's included and sign in their browser.
