Filling it in for a cleaning job
- Add your business and your client. Type your business name, then the client's name, their mobile or email, and the address to be cleaned.
- List the job line by line at your own prices. Start with the clean itself, such as "End of tenancy clean, 2 bed flat", then each extra on its own line: oven clean, inside fridge, inside windows, carpets. Not sure of one? Leave it empty: it shows Needs price and can't go out at zero.
- Tap Send to customer and sign up. Nothing to type again. Your client accepts the quote online and pays any deposit straight to you.
The example cleaning lines are marked Sample price. Keep them or replace them with your own before anything goes out.
What your client sees
The preview shows what your customer gets. Download PDF gives you a printable A4 copy. On their phone they see your business name, the clean and each extra with your price, VAT, the total, and a deposit if you turned one on. Then they accept and sign.
End of tenancy cleans can involve a tenant, a landlord and a letting agent. A quote that arrives as a link is easy to forward to whoever is paying, and they accept it from their own phone.
The deposit switch is off until you turn it on. It can help when you hold a date for a big end of tenancy or after-builders clean. You choose how clients pay you, by payment link or bank transfer, after you sign up.
Tips for cleaning pricing
- Describe the property. Bedrooms, bathrooms and any awkward areas make your quote easy to compare and hard to dispute.
- Keep extras separate. The client picks what they want, and your base price stays clear.
- Say what's not included. Inside cupboards, walls or outside windows are where expectations differ.
- Ask about access. Keys, parking permits and who lets you in change how long a clean takes, so price them in.
- Send it the same day. A quote that arrives while the client still remembers your visit is easier to say yes to.

Questions
Is the cleaning quote maker free?
Yes. Fill in a cleaning quote and download it as a PDF without signing up or entering an email. To send it to a client to accept, you create an account at that step. No card is needed to start.
How do I price extras like an oven clean?
Give each extra its own line with your price, such as "Oven clean" or "Inside windows". The client sees what's extra, and your base clean stays easy to compare with other quotes.
Can I write the quote during the viewing?
Yes. The maker works in your phone's browser. On a small screen you see the preview first and tap Edit to add rooms and extras. Your work is saved in the browser as you go from room to room.
Can my client accept the cleaning quote online?
Yes. You send it as a link by text or email. Your client opens the quote on their phone, checks the rooms, extras and total, and accepts and signs it there. They don't need an app or an account.
Does the maker handle regular weekly cleans?
Not as a schedule. This maker prices a single job, such as an end of tenancy or deep clean. For a regular clean, you can price one visit and agree how often with your client.
