Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Quoza ("we", "us"). Quoza is software for small trade businesses to write quotes, get them signed, ask for a deposit and send invoices.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time link we email you, or with Google or Apple if you choose. There is no password. Keep access to your email account safe: anyone who can read it can sign in.

You must be 18 or older and use Quoza for your business. You are responsible for what you send to your customers from your account.

Your quotes and your customers

You set your prices, terms and deposit. We show your customer the quote you send, record their choice and electronic signature, and keep a copy of what was signed.

AI suggestions are drafts. Prices come from your price list or from you. Check every quote before you send it.

Cancellation notices shown to your customers are general templates based on UK consumer law. They are not legal advice.

Money

Deposits and payments go directly from your customer to you: to your own payment link, your bank account or another method you choose. Quoza never holds, moves or receives your customers' money. We never ask for or store card numbers.

A payment marked "reported" means your customer told us they paid. Only you, or a payment provider that notifies us, can confirm it.

Plans and billing

Prices are shown on the pricing page. Paid plans renew until you cancel. You can cancel in your account at any time.

Your data

Your price list, customers and documents belong to you. You can export them. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and why.

Acceptable use

Don't use Quoza to send spam, to mislead customers, or for anything illegal.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Quoza running but can't promise it will always be available. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will show the new version here with a new version number and tell you by email before it takes effect.
