Jobs you can quote
- Boiler service
- Heat pump install
- Air con repair
- Radiator replacement
- Powerflush
A new boiler or heat pump is a big number for a homeowner, and most want to think about it. That's fine, as long as your quote is the one in their messages tonight and not the one you meant to type up at the weekend. In Quoza you put the job together on your phone before you leave: the boiler, the flue, the labour, at your rates. Leave a price empty if you need to check it and Quoza won't let it go out at zero. Then you see it exactly as the customer will and text it from your own mobile.

Questions
Can I use my own prices?
Yes. When you sign up, upload your price list as a CSV or paste it in, one item per line. You can also skip that and type prices as you go.
Can I give the customer good / better / best?
Your customer page shows options side by side, and Try an example builds a full good / better / best so you can see it. Building your own options in the app isn't there yet; quotes you type go out as one price.
What if I'm not sure of a part price on site?
Leave it empty. The line is marked Needs price and Send stays off, so the customer never sees a £0.00 line.
Does the customer need an app?
No. They get a text from your mobile with one link, pick an option and sign in their browser.
Do the prices include VAT?
The example prices include VAT. On your own quotes you type the prices you charge.
