Filling it in for a cleaning job
- Add your business and your client. Type your business name, then the client's name, their cell or email, and the address to be cleaned.
- List the job line by line at your own prices. Start with the clean itself, such as "Move-out clean, 3 bed, 2 bath", then each add-on on its own line: inside oven, inside fridge, interior windows, carpets. Not sure of one? Leave it empty: it shows Needs price and can't go out at zero.
- Tap Send to customer and sign up. Nothing to type again. Your client gets the estimate as a link, signs online and pays any deposit straight to you.
The example cleaning lines are marked Sample price. Keep them or replace them with your own before anything goes out.
What your client sees
The preview shows what your customer gets. Download PDF gives you a printable copy. On their phone they see your business name, the clean and each add-on with your price, the tax line, the total, and a deposit if you turned one on. Then a place to sign.
For move-out cleans, a landlord or property manager may need to approve the price. A link is easy to forward, and whoever signs does it from their own phone.
The deposit switch is off until you turn it on. It can help when you hold a date for a big move-out or post-construction clean. You choose how clients pay you after you sign up.
Tips for cleaning pricing
- Describe the property, not just the price. Bedrooms, bathrooms and any special areas make your estimate easy to compare and hard to dispute.
- Keep add-ons separate. The client picks the extras they want, and your base price stays clear.
- Say what is not included. Inside cabinets, walls or exterior windows are where expectations differ.
- Ask about access. Keys, parking and who lets you in change how long a clean takes, so price them in.
- Send it the same day. An estimate that arrives while the client still remembers your visit is easier to say yes to.

Questions
Is the cleaning estimate maker free?
Yes. Fill in a cleaning estimate and download it as a PDF without signing up or giving an email. To send it to a client for signature, you create an account at that step. No card is needed to start.
How do I price add-ons like the oven or windows?
Give each add-on its own line with your price, such as "Inside oven" or "Interior windows". The client sees exactly what is extra, and your base clean stays easy to compare with other quotes.
Can I make the estimate during the walkthrough?
Yes. The maker works in your phone's browser. On a small screen you see the preview first and tap Edit to fill in the rooms and add-ons. Your work is kept in the browser while you go room to room.
Can my client sign the cleaning estimate online?
Yes. You send it as a link by text or email. Your client opens the estimate on their phone, checks the rooms, add-ons and total, and signs it there. They don't need an app or an account.
Does the maker handle weekly or biweekly cleaning?
Not as a schedule. This maker prices a single job, such as a deep clean or a move-out clean. For a regular clean, you can price one visit and agree the frequency with your client.
