Filling it in for a landscaping job
- Add your business and your customer. Type your business name, then the customer's name, their mobile or email, and the property address.
- List the job line by line at your own prices. Go area by area, with the unit in the name: "Turf, back lawn (m²)", "Indian sandstone patio (m²)", "Sub-base (tonnes)", "Green waste removal". Then plants and labour. Not sure of one? Leave it empty: it shows Needs price and can't go out at zero.
- Tap Send to customer and sign up. Nothing to type again. Your customer accepts the quote online and pays any deposit straight to you.
The example landscaping lines are marked Sample price. Keep them or set your own before anything is sent.
What your customer sees
The preview shows what your customer gets. Download PDF gives you a printable A4 copy. On their phone they see your business name, each area and item with its quantity and your price, VAT, the total, and a deposit if you turned one on. Then they accept and sign.
A garden makeover can be a household decision. Because the quote is a link, it's easy to share with whoever else is paying, and they see the same measured figures you wrote in the garden.
The deposit switch is off until you turn it on. It can help when you buy paving, turf or plants before the job. You choose how customers pay you, by payment link or bank transfer, after you sign up.
Tips for landscaping pricing
- Measure everything. Square metres, metres and tonnes turn "new patio" into a price the customer can check.
- Price the groundwork. Digging out, levelling and sub-base are easy to forget and hard to add later.
- Don't forget waste. Green waste removal or skip hire belongs on its own line.
- Name the plants and materials. Species, pot size and paving type avoid surprises on the day.
- Watch the valid-until date. Seasonal prices move. The maker puts a valid-until date on the quote, so an old price can't come back to you.

Questions
Is the landscaping quote maker free?
Yes. Fill in a landscaping quote and download it as a PDF without signing up or entering an email. To send it to a customer to accept, you create an account at that step. No card is needed to start.
How do I show quantities like turf or paving?
Put the unit in the line name, such as "Turf, back lawn (m²)" or "Sub-base (tonnes)", then enter the quantity and your price per unit. The customer sees the measured amount, which makes your price easy to check.
Can I write the quote while I'm still in the garden?
Yes. The maker works in your phone's browser. On a small screen you see the preview first and tap Edit to add each area. Your work is saved in the browser, so you can measure and type as you go.
Can my customer accept the landscaping quote online?
Yes. You send it as a link by text or email. Your customer opens the quote on their phone, checks each area and the total, and accepts and signs it there. They don't need an app or an account.
Can I use it for regular garden maintenance?
Not as a schedule. This maker prices a single job, such as turfing, a patio or a garden tidy. Regular maintenance rounds and route planning aren't part of Quoza.
