Quoza

What your customer sees

Your customer opens one link: your business name, the job, the options to pick from, terms and cancellation rights, then a box to sign. No app, no account.

On this page

Your customer gets one link by text, email or however you sent it. It opens in their browser. No app, no account, no password. The page speaks in your name; the only mention of Quoza is a small "Sent with Quoza" at the bottom.

To see it yourself, use Preview as customer.

Top of the page

  • Your business name. A Call button and your Licence no. show here too when they're on your account; you can't add them in Quoza yet.
  • The quote number and the date it's valid until.
  • The job title and a greeting with your customer's first name.

Choosing an option

Under Choose your option, your customer sees each option with its price. Nothing is selected when they open it. If one is marked Recommended, it gets a small label, but they still have to pick it themselves.

At the bottom of the screen a bar shows the Total. Until they pick, the button says Choose an option to continue.

See what's included opens the lines of the option they're looking at. Your customer never sees where a price came from, your costs, or anything marked for you only.

Terms and cancellation rights

Under Terms & cancellation rights your customer sees terms if there are any (you can't add your own terms yet) and, for a private customer, a notice of their right to cancel with the last date to do it. See Cancellation rights.

Signing

Your customer ticks I agree to sign electronically and get records electronically., types their full name and taps Accept & sign. They can draw their signature instead. The page then shows that it's accepted. More in How e-signatures work.

Asking, changing or saying no

Below the quote your customer can:

  • Request changes: write what they'd like changed.
  • Decline: pick a reason, with an optional note.
  • Ask a question: text, call or email you, using the contact details on your account.

See When a customer asks for changes or declines.

Deposits and paying

You can't set a deposit or add your payment details in Quoza yet, so your quotes go out without a deposit for now.

When a deposit is set, your customer pays it after signing, straight to you. The page says who the money goes to and that Quoza never touches it. Depending on how you take payments, they see:

  • Your payment link: a button to pay the deposit on your payment provider's page, then I've paid.
  • Bank transfer: your bank details, the amount and a reference to copy, then I've sent it.

Either way, it shows as paid only after you confirm the money landed. A customer tapping "I've paid" is not counted as paid.
