Filling it in for a tree job

• Add your business and your customer. Type your business name, then the customer's name, their cell or email, and the property address.
• List the job line by line at your own prices. One line per tree and task: "Silver maple, back left corner, full removal", "Stump grinding, silver maple", "Oak over driveway, deadwood and clearance prune", "Haul away all brush and wood". Not sure of one? Leave it empty: it shows Needs price and can't go out at zero.
• Tap Send to customer and sign up. Nothing to type again. Your customer gets the estimate as a link, signs online and pays any deposit straight to you.

What your customer sees

The preview shows what your customer gets. Download PDF gives you a printable copy. On their phone they see your business name, each tree and task with your price, the tax line, the total, and a deposit if you turned one on. Then a place to sign. A homeowner worried about a dead limb over the roof can read it in the yard and sign before you leave.

The deposit switch is off until you turn it on. It can help on big removals where you book a crane or extra crew. You choose how customers pay you after you sign up.

Tips for tree service pricing

• One tree, one line. It keeps the estimate readable and lets the customer drop or add a tree without a new estimate.
• Separate the stump. Stump grinding on its own line avoids the most common misunderstanding in tree work.
• Say where the wood goes. Haul away, or cut to length and leave on site. Write it down.
• Note access. If you need to cross a neighbor's yard or bring in a bucket truck, put it in the line name.
• Say what is not included. Lawn repair after heavy equipment, or replanting, if you don't do it.
