Filling it in for a lawn care job
- Add your business and your customer. Type your business name, then the customer's name, their cell or email, and the property address.
- List the job line by line at your own prices. One line per service: "Spring cleanup, beds and lawn", "Core aeration", "Overseeding, seed included", "Mow, trim and blow (per visit)", "Mulch, beds front and back". Not sure of one? Leave it empty: it shows Needs price and can't go out at zero.
- Tap Send to customer and sign up. Nothing to type again. Your customer gets the estimate as a link, signs online and pays any deposit straight to you.
The example lawn care lines are marked Sample price. Keep them or set your own before anything goes out.
What your customer sees
The preview shows what your customer gets. Download PDF gives you a printable copy. On their phone they see your business name, each service with your price, the tax line, the total, and a deposit if you turned one on. Then a place to sign.
Because every service has its own line, a customer can see what aeration adds to the spring cleanup and decide on the spot, rather than asking you to come back with a new number.
The deposit switch is off until you turn it on. It can help on sod installs or big cleanups where you buy materials first. You choose how customers pay you after you sign up.
Tips for lawn care pricing
- Write the lawn size down. Square footage or acreage in a line name stops the "my yard is smaller than that" conversation.
- Price per visit for repeat work. It's easy to understand and easy to compare.
- Keep materials separate. Seed, fertilizer and mulch change in price; their own lines make that clear.
- Say what is not included. Hauling large branches or storm debris, if you don't do it.
- Send it from the curb. The customer can sign while you're still parked outside.

Questions
Is the lawn care estimate maker free?
Yes. Fill in a lawn care estimate and download it as a PDF without signing up or giving an email. To send it to a customer for signature, you create an account at that step. No card is needed to start.
How do I put several mowing visits on one estimate?
Enter the number of visits as the quantity and your price per visit as the price, with "(per visit)" in the line name. The customer sees the visit price and the total for all of them.
Does the maker set up weekly or recurring billing?
No. Quoza makes one-off estimates; it doesn't schedule or bill recurring visits. You can list the visits you're quoting for on one estimate, and the customer signs that.
Can my customer sign the lawn care estimate online?
Yes. You send it as a link by text or email. Your customer opens the estimate on their phone, checks each service and the total, and signs it there. They don't need an app or an account.
Can I show basic and full-service packages side by side?
This maker builds one option per estimate. To show packages side by side, download the lawn care estimate template, which has room for options.
