Filling it in for a pressure washing job
- Add your business and your customer. Type your business name, then the customer's name, their cell or email, and the property address.
- List the job line by line at your own prices. One line per surface: "Driveway, surface cleaner (per sq ft)", "Front walk and steps", "House siding, soft wash, all sides", "Back deck, wash and brighten", "Seal paver patio". Not sure of one? Leave it empty: it shows Needs price and can't go out at zero.
- Tap Send to customer and sign up. Nothing to type again. Your customer gets the estimate as a link, signs online and pays any deposit straight to you.
The example pressure washing lines are marked Sample price. Keep them or set your own before anything goes out.
What your customer sees
The preview shows what your customer gets. Download PDF gives you a printable copy. On their phone they see your business name, each surface with your price, the tax line, the total, and a deposit if you turned one on. Then a place to sign.
Because every surface has its own line, a customer who only asked about the driveway can see what the walk and the siding would add, and say yes to all three before you've unloaded the trailer.
The deposit switch is off until you turn it on. Most small jobs are paid on completion; it can help on big commercial jobs. You choose how customers pay you after you sign up.
Tips for pressure washing pricing
- Measure every surface. Square feet in the line name lets the customer check your numbers and compare bids fairly.
- Name the method. Pressure or soft wash, per surface, shows you know the difference.
- Sell add-ons as lines. Sealing, gutter brightening and deck treatment are easy yeses when the customer can see the price.
- Don't promise stains away. Old oil and rust may only lighten. Say so in the line name, such as "Oil stain treatment (may lighten, not remove)".
- Send it from the driveway. Most pressure washing jobs are won on the spot.

Questions
Is the pressure washing estimate maker free?
Yes. Fill in a pressure washing estimate and download it as a PDF without signing up or giving an email. To send it to a customer for signature, you create an account at that step. No card is needed to start.
How do I price by the square foot?
Enter the square feet as the quantity and your price per square foot as the price, with the surface and "(per sq ft)" in the line name. For a flat job price, enter quantity 1.
Should I say which surfaces get a soft wash?
Yes. Put the method in the line name, such as "House siding, soft wash". It tells the customer you won't blast paint or vinyl, and sets the right expectation.
Can my customer sign the pressure washing estimate online?
Yes. You send it as a link by text or email. Your customer opens the estimate on their phone, checks each surface and the total, and signs it there. They don't need an app or an account.
Can I show wash only and wash and seal side by side?
This maker builds one option per estimate. To show packages side by side, download the pressure washing estimate template, which has room for options.
